The 1972 Blend - Filter Coffee Beans

Description

We’re tasting notes of blueberry, red apple and hazelnut.

  • Origin: 50% Brazil, 50% Ethiopia
  • Roast Level: Light
  • Profile: Filter
  • Process: Pulped Natural, Natural
  • Region:  Espírito Santo, Nesru Aba Nura

The 1972 blend is our signature double-origin roast that combines two very contrasting, yet complimentary coffee beans. This filter profile often features on batch when trading at events and showcases the very best of natural Ethiopian coffee. Expect a delicate brew with subtle floral notes of blueberry, jasmine and crisp, red apple sweetness. Its tea-like body provides great balance to the cup and is rounded off with a subtle hazelnut finish. The perfect speciality coffee beans for an elegant morning pourover.

FAQs
  1. Which coffee beans for espresso?
"Choose our espresso roast profile when brewing with an espresso machine or Moka Pot. It's easier to extract and works well with or without milk."

  2. Which coffee beans for filter?
"Choose our filter roast profile when brewing with a Manual Dripper, French Press or Cold Brew."

  3. How long can coffee beans be stored?
"For best results, keep stored in an airtight container and use within 4/6 weeks from the roast date.

  4. Can I use my coffee beans as soon as they are delivered?
"Leave espresso roasts to rest for at least 2 weeks & filter roasts for 5 days from the roast date. This allows the coffee beans to develop post roast flavour by releasing built up CO2."
